R3 Extra UHED Block Coverage

This year's R3 schedule has 5 UHED blocks for each R3, plus one additional UHED block. Lloyd has picked up the extra block, but in fairness we are asking each R3 to cover one UHED shift for Lloyd at some point during the year.

Each R3 is therefore asked to work one chief relief shift (for Ray or Lloyd) and one additional UHED shift to help cover the extra UHED block.
